Reflexology pregnancy massage 90€/120€

Has pregnancy brought fatigue, swelling or body aches? Or do you just want to enjoy and relax for a moment?

Reflexology massage is a safe, deeply relaxing and effective pain-relieving massage that can be done at all stages of pregnancy and after childbirth. In the treatment, I individually combine reflexology, acupressure, gua sha and the gentle rhythmic techniques of Ayurveda into a wonderfully relaxing whole.

You can choose a pregnancy massage either with or without a refreshing pedicure. When you choose a comprehensive package with pedicure, it includes a refreshing and swelling-reducing foot bath, a light peeling of the feet, a light removal of calluses with a grinding stone and a trimming of the toenails. The treatment can also be combined with aromatherapy.

Currently I'm working at home or I come to you in the Uusimaa area. We have two cats at home and I add a 30€ home visit charge to home visits. Please mention when booking if you would like a home visit and I will call you to arrange the details.

When your pregnancy has progressed to week 39 of pregnancy or you have agreed with the unit treating you to medically induce labor, labor can be helped to start with reflexology.

The purpose of the treatment is primarily to relax the body, remove tension in it, make room in the pelvic area, prepare the uterus and cervix, and promote contractions. The treatment includes a wonderful foot bath, a deep relaxing massage, and treatment of points that promote labor using reflexology, gua sha, and acupressure. Aromatherapy can also be combined with the treatment.

The placenta is a remarkable organ that nurtures the fetus throughout pregnancy and is formed by the birthing person's body almost from scratch in the early weeks of pregnancy. In hospitals, the placenta is usually disposed of, but it can be transformed into beautiful prints as keepsakes, and it can also be utilized during the postpartum period. By consuming capsules, one can balance mood, enhance milk production, and reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding. Placenta salve can be used to treat cracked nipples or tears that occur during childbirth. Applying placenta cream to the skin relaxes and soothes, helping with conditions such as rashes.

Childbirth Discussion - 120€

Childbirth is a significant rite of passage, a gateway between two phases of life. Over time, childbirth becomes part of our identity, and if the experience aligns with our expectations, it can be empowering. However, if the childbirth experience is significantly different from what we anticipated, it can challenge our sense of self.

As part of the childbirth discussion, you will have the opportunity to draw your own childbirth labyrinth. The labyrinth is a method that allows you to revisit your childbirth experience repeatedly.

At the heart of Blessingways celebrations is you—the expectant parent, birther, and future caregiver. When you choose me to organize your celebration, you will receive an event that reflects your unique personality and includes the elements that resonate with you.

• Arrival and a brief guided meditation for grounding in the celebration and space

• Care for the birther: foot bath + foot massage
